No objection to the issuance of a permit for concrete repairs to an existing building, and for the application of a new coating (BASF MasterProtect EL 750 in Incredible White SW 7028) to the building facades, as shown in materials received and dated 8 March 2019 and supplemental materials received and dated 13 March 2019, 15 March 2019, and 20 March 2019. Recommend coordination with the Watergate Hotel to recoat the entire length of the two penthouse walls that intersect the property line. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
