No objection to issuance of permit to replace inappropriate vinyl double-hung windows on street-facing elevation with single-glazed wood windows and on non-street-facing elevations with simulated divided light windows, alterations to the first floor rear fenestration, replacement in-kind of a side yard gate facing P Street, NW, and a new ceiling mounted light fixture at the front door, per supplemental drawings received 10 September 2019, which indicate all original windows and window frames to be restored and all replacement windows to have 5/8" muntins. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
