No objection to issuance of permit to replace the front door, light fixture, and second story windows with six-over-six, single-glazed wood windows; install a rooftop mechanical unit; make alterations to the rear first floor fenestration and install thermally broken steel French doors and sidelight, and; replace the rear yard fence with a new 6' cedar fence and new patio pavers, per supplemental drawings received 11 September 2019. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
