No objection to issuance of revised permit to replace a portion of the rear yard wood fence with a brick masonry garden wall, interior blocking of the first story rear windows, replacement of a previously approved double-hung window on the second floor east facade with a wood casement window, alterations to the previously approved east elevation bay window, and replacement of a previously approved paired window on the first floor of the west elevation with a triple double-hung window, per supplemental drawings received 10 September 2019. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
