No objection to the final plans for the proposed exterior structural upgrades to the D.C. Correctional Detention Facility building, as shown in materials received and dated 30 August 2021. The project includes the re-caulking of all the joints in the precast panels and windows; roof repairs; and the replacement of the coping on the parapet walls.
