No objection to the concept design for a replacement guard booth at the Quadrangle Loading Dock that serves the Freer and Sackler Galleries, Ripley Center, National Museum of African Art, Arts and Industries Building, and the Smithsonian Castle, as shown in materials received and dated 31 August 2021. No objection to the final plans for the temporary installation of exhibit banners on the Arts and Industries Building, as shown in materials received and dated 2 September 2021. The banners will be removed at the conclusion of the "Futures" exhibit in July 2022, but the mounting hardware, which is not permanently attached to the building, may be reinstalled for the display of banners for future exhibitions. No objection to the final plans for improvements to the existing USNO helicopter landing zone at the United States Naval Observatory, as shown in materials received and dated 27 August 2021. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the final plans for the installation of four wood telephone poles with top-mounted security cameras on the campus side of the historic brick wall along Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SE, as shown in materials received and dated 2 September 2021. No objection to the concept design for the installation of an outdoor teaching pavilion for the DC Students Construction Trades Foundation on the south side of the Jefferson Middle School Academy grounds, as shown in materials received and dated 2 September 2021. No objection to the final plans for the installation of a new elevator at Kenilworth Elementary School, as shown in materials received and dated 2 Septmeber 2021. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the concept design for the renovation of the Duke Ellington Track and Field Park, including the replacement of the running track, the reconstruction of the natural turf field, the addition of a pickle ball court and a volleyball court, the mitigation of slope erosion, the replacement of the lighting system, and the modernization of the existing field houses to provide universal access, as shown in materials received and dated 30 August 2021. No objection to the final plans for the proposed exterior structural upgrades to the D.C. Correctional Detention Facility building, as shown in materials received and dated 30 August 2021. The project includes the re-caulking of all the joints in the precast panels and windows; roof repairs; and the replacement of the coping on the parapet walls.
