No objection to the concept design for the renovation of the Duke Ellington Track and Field Park, including the replacement of the running track, the reconstruction of the natural turf field, the addition of a pickle ball court and a volleyball court, the mitigation of slope erosion, the replacement of the lighting system, and the modernization of the existing field houses to provide universal access, as shown in materials received and dated 30 August 2021. The concept design also includes the option for adding a new 8,500-square-foot dog park. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.
