No objection to issuance of permit for alterations including a masonry wall and gate at rear, new flagstone paving in the rear yard and permeable pavers in the side yard, new masonry steps at side and rear entrances, and enlargement of an existing brick pier at front of the side yard to install a metal gate, per supplemental materials received 11 April 2022. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
