Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for interior demolition on 1023, 1025, and 1027 31st Street, and demolition of non-historic rear additions on 1025 and 1027 31st Street, per supplemental materials received 10 April 2023, which include a protection plan for openings. No exterior demolition shall occur on 1025 or on historic sections on 1025 and 1027. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
