No objection to the issuance of a permit for the replacement of an existing roof that includes: built-up roof system, associated metal flashing, scupper drains, and copings on an existing multi-family residence, as shown in materials received and dated 5 May 2023 and supplemental materials dated and received 15 May 2023 indicating that the new metal coping on the parapet will be a matte gray color similar to the existing coping. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
