Staff notes that submitted renderings appear to show a third proposed sign on the marquee above the front entrance, reading "Salamander", but this sign is not documented elsewhere in the submission. Staff notes with regret that it appears that these three signs, with the two roof signs internally illuminated, were installed without a permit and without CFA review. Please forward a new submission for the marquee sign only, with a design that conforms with the sign regulations for the Shipstead-Luce Act area, when ready.
