No objection to the issuance of a permit for the replacement of an existing deck with a new 14 ft x 24 ft deck, clad with gray composite decking and an aluminum railing enclosure, and a new 10 ft x 10 ft pergola, as shown in materials received and dated 5 May 2023, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
