No objection to the final design for the rehabilitation of the north clearwell at the McMillan Water Treatment Plant and Reservoir, per materials received 2 November 2023. Project scope includes rehabilitation of the north clearwell (an existing underground reservoir), which requires the rebuilding of the reservoir roof, currently an open field with two small historic outbuildings; these two buildings would be demolished and rebuilt in their current locations.
