No objection to concept design for demolition of existing 1975 guard house for the construction of a new residence, construction of a new residence on the Reservoir Road street frontage, and alterations to cottage, garage, and the workshop and laundry building, per supplemental materials received 23 February 2024, PROVIDED Option 1 is used for the porch enclosure at the rear of the cottage, Option 2 is used for the rear elevation of the new guard house, and the porch height is increased on the new guard house. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
