No objection to issuance of permit for site work at rooftop pool, per supplemental materials received 16 February 2024, including removal of planters, new pavers, and significant work to the pool. New shade structure was submitted under a separate application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
