No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a new 7'-0" tall metal picket fence with a gate near the northeast corner of an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 3 May 2024, PROVIDED that fence posts within the drip lines of trees be located to avoid all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DC Public Space Committee for all work beyond the building restriction line. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
