No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of replacement and new metal picket fences and two gates, varying in height from 3'-6" to 7'-0", as shown in materials received and dated 6 October 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 2, 6 and 13 November 2023, PROVIDED that fence posts within the drip lines of trees be located to avoid all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property. Refer to DC Public Space Committee for all work beyond the building restriction line. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
