No objection to the issuance of a revised permit for sign modifications at the southeast corner of the Arlo DC Hotel, currently under construction, as shown in materials received and dated 6 September 2024, PROVIDED that all attachments be made into existing mortar joints or existing holes from previous sign attachments rather than into new holes in the historic brick. Sign for Arlo Bodega at the corner of G and 3rd Street, NW, is revised to be a plate-mounted halo-illuminated wall sign in lieu of pin-mounted halo-illuminated letters as previously proposed. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
