No objection to issuance of permit for a five-story, mixed-use building, per supplemental materials received 7 March 2025, PROVIDED the Old Georgetown Board reviews the Ornilux glass on site prior to purchase or installation, reviews paint colors and sand samples during construction to ensure they closely match the stone fascia of which they are part, and the applicant coordinates with the National Park Service on the final design of adjacent park land. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
