No objection to the issuance of a permit for repairs at the 10th floor balcony of an existing hotel and office building, including the installation of replacement waterproofing, flashing, and brick masonry, as well as painting existing railings, as shown in materials received and dated 5 September 2025, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
