Dear Mr. Hunter:
The staff of the Commission of Fine Arts has reviewed the final plans for the proposed renovation of and additions to the building and landscape at Drew Elementary School, located at 5600 Eads Street, NE. The staff has no objections to the final plans for this project, which conform with the previously approved concept design.
With the authority delegated by the Commission at its meeting of 20 February 2025, we approve the final submission as documented in the supplemental materials received and dated 16 June 2026. If there are any changes to the project, please contact the staff to determine if additional review will be required. As always, the staff is available to assist you with future submissions.
