No objection to final design for restoration of historic gatehouse and quarters, per materials received 7 July 2026. Gatehouse scope of work includes: repair and restoration of exterior wall materials, including stone, brick, wood, and ornamental metals; and modifications and improvements to site paving. Quarters scope of work includes: replacing the roof and lightning protection system; repairs and replacement of skylights; window replacement and restoration; select replacement of exterior doors; foundation waterproofing, including sump pumps and exterior areaway drains; repair and replacement of gutters and downspouts; and mechanical system upgrades.
