No objection to concept design for installation of metal fence at front, per supplemental materials received 3 October 2026, which show that the fence height is reduced to 2'-8" so that the total combined height of the retaining wall and fence does not exceed 4'-0" at any point. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings, including details on brick retaining wall penetrations and repairs, for review by the Commission.
