No objection to issuance of permit to replace the cheek walls, pediments, and sills on each of the four dormers, per supplemental materials received _ November 2026, PROVIDED flashing is drawn and labeled on the plan of the proposed sills; the wood is painted with oil or alkyd paint but not acrylic; the applicant includes a letter of approval from the easement holder; and the metal roofing and sheathing on the dormer walls and roofs are not to be replaced or altered. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
