No objection to issuance of permit for rear addition and roof replacement, per supplemental materials received _ November 2026, PROVIDED the applicant clarifies on the drawings if the window well cover at the front elevation would be removed or not, and if the cover is removed the replacement basement window to be exposed must comply with the Old Georgetown Board's Window Policy and Guidelines and be all wood true-divided lite window with clear class and putty muntins; the replacement gutters must be metal half rounds with round metal downspouts; the addition--particularly the proposed bathroom addition--is constructable without anchoring to the neighbor’s wall; and the applicant revises A2.1 to correctly label the front (south) and rear (north) elevations. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
