No objection to issuance of permit for the installation of solar panels on the primary structure and on the garage structure, per mockup completed 27 October 2026 and materials received ___ November 2026, PROVIDED that no equipment or conduit would be installed on the facade of the residence; the southeastern-most solar panel on the garage structure is removed from the plans because it would be visible; the two proposed panels on the east side of the main house (labeled "d") on the primary volume are removed from the plans or the applicant confirms they would not be visible from public space; and the section drawings are updated to reflect the height from the top of the roof to the top of the solar panel, not to the underside of the panel as currently depicted. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
