No objection to the issuance of permit for the rear elevation roof replacement, per supplemental materials received 2 November 2026, PROVIDED an end cap or vented ridge cap is not installed and the panels are double-lock machine crimped. The Board strongly recommends the application of Acrymax or a similar coating on the front elevation roof to extend the life of the historic roof. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
