No objection to issuance of permit for two-story rear addition and deck and fence, per the supplemental materials received _ November 2026, PROVIDED the fences are limited to 7 feet in height measured from grade and elevations; the existing and proposed fence locations and heights are included on the site plan and floor plans and completely located within the property boundaries; the plans are revised to confirm the deck railing would completely surround the proposed deck at the rear elevation; it is confirmed that the windows would be clear without low-emissivity coatings; the proposed railings would be steel and not aluminum; and either the east elevation (A301) or the building section (A401) are revised so the fenestration patterns match. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
