No objection to issuance of permit for the sign installation for "Guizio" and awning replacement, per supplemental materials received ___ November 2026, PROVIDED the sign is installed on a backer board mounted into the mortar joints or the letters are mounted using adhesive to minimize the penetrations, and the awning is open on the bottom and sides. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
