No objection to issuance of permit for additions on the rear and east elevations, per supplemental materials received _ November 2026, PROVIDED the conservatory on the garage elevation is revised to include a re-entrant corner equal to the reveal on the left so that the window mass is centered on the garage door below; the lanterns will be electric and not gas; the single-glazed casement windows must have clear glass with no low-emissivity coatings; and the double-hung sash windows are limited to half screens if the screens are to be located on the exterior. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
