No objection to the final design for the proposed installation of five rooftop security cameras on the H. Carl Moultrie I Courthouse, and the installation of new surface-mounted card reader sensors adjacent to the employee entrances, as shown in materials received and dated 1 September 2016, provided the housings and mounting hardware of the new cameras are painted to match the adjacent parapet walls.
