No objection to the concept design to construct the 13th Street, SE, connector road and improve the roadway circulation and shelters for the bus station at the Congress Heights Metro station, per materials received 3 November 2022. Submission indicates that 13th Street, SE, would be connected to Alabama Avenue, SE, to provide access to the redeveloped areas of the campus, including a new crosswalk at the Metro station; and that the reconfigured bus circulation at the Metro station would provide bus-only routing for better service and intermodal transit connections.
