No objection to the final design for new heat pump equipment at the Prettyman Courthouse, per materials received 3 October 2024. Scope consists of a building-wide energy retrofit including placing air source heat pumps in a recessed part of the roof. This project is one component of a larger initiative, the National Deep Energy Retrofit, to electrify the heating systems of federal buildings.
