Scope includes the replacement of the existing stage canopy with a new metal and glass canopy structure and adds ramps and modifies existing stairs and landings to comply with accessible and life-safety codes

No objection to the final design for signage for Eisenhower Hall at Fort McNair, per materials received 3 October 2024. Scope includes the replacement of the existing building lettering above the main entrance with new lettering that reflects the current use of the building.

No objection to the final design for a new mixed-use trail at Fort Totten, per materials received 3 October 2024. This project was approved by the Commission in June 2018, but the trail needed to be realigned and now it includes the construction of a 10' wide, 205' long trail located on parkland east of the Fort Totten Metrorial Station between Galloway and Gallatin Streets, NE. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the final design for a temporary public art installation at Reservation 72, per materials received 3 October 2024. Scope includes the temporary installation of a lotus flower sculpture, five-feet in height made of aluminum on the eastern end of the park.

No objection to the final design for a permanent accessible ramp at the Internal Revenue Service Headquarters building located at 1111 Constitution Avenue, NW, per materials received 3 October 2024. Scope includes the construction of new accessible ramp for an existing entrance in the middle of the block along 10th Street, NW.

Scope consists of a building-wide energy retrofit including placing air source heat pumps in a recessed part of the roof. This project is one component of a larger initiative, the National Deep Energy Retrofit, to electrify the heating systems of federal buildings.

Scope includes the installation of a permanent generator, a concrete pad, and winterberry holly shrubs for screening.
