No objection to the final design for a new gated access control point and security barriers at the main entrance to the Pentagon Heating and Refrigeration Plant compound, southeast of the Pentagon Building at Route 110, as shown in materials received and dated 3 January 2013. Design details of fence, buildings, and security barriers conform to previously approved installations at the Pentagon complex.
