No objection to an extension of the previous two-year approval to an indefinite period for the existing installation of a temporary public exhibit featuring a 16-inch telescope in a demountable fiberglass astronomical observatory, 22 feet in diameter and 18 feet tall, on the southeast terrace of the National Air and Space Museum, as shown in materials received and dated 3 January 2013. No objection to the proposed facade revisions to the previously approved final design for a new chancery building for the Embassy of Morocco to be constructed on Lot #4 in the International Center, as shown in material received and dated 19 December 2012. Submission conforms to previously approved concept and final design.

No objection to the final design for a new gated access control point and security barriers at the main entrance to the Pentagon Heating and Refrigeration Plant compound, southeast of the Pentagon Building at Route 110, as shown in materials received and dated 3 January 2013. Design details of fence, buildings, and security barriers conform to previously approved installations at the Pentagon complex.

No objection to the concept design for a new gymnasium addition to the Cesar Chavez Public Charter School (the former Bruce Public School), as shown in materials received and dated 3 January 2013.

No objection to the proposed concept design for the Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling Overflow and Diversion Structure and site enhancements, as shown in materials received and dated 16 November 2012.

No objection to the proposed final design for the installation of six access points to below-grade tunnel infrastructure, each with an above-grade electrical cabinet, as shown in materials received and dated 6 December 2012. The locations of the access points are: Poplar Point Junction Shaft, western portion of a triangular area bounded by Suitland Parkway, South Capitol Street, and I-295; CSO 019 Diversion, south of RFK Stadium along RFK Access Road; CSO 018 Diversions, adjacent to Barney Circle in grassed triangular area along I-695; M Street Drop Shaft, adjacent to Boathouse Row, south of the intersection of M and Water Streets, SE; CSO 005 Diversions, adjacent to National Capital Parks East offices and the WMATA Anacostia Metro parking facility; and CSO 007 Drop Shaft, adjacent to the southbound 11th Street Bridge. This project is part of the DC Clean Rivers Project Contract Division H-Anacostia River Tunnel.
