No objection to the installation of the proposed temporary aboveground pipe and pump system providing water for fire protection to the facilities of District of Columbia Department of Mental Health on Saint Elizabeths Hospital East Campus, as shown in material received and dated 4 June 2009. The Commission encourages the applicant to install a permanent underground pipe system and remove the temporary aboveground pipes as quickly as possible.
