No objection to the concept design for a public art installation entitled 'North Star,' by artist Ann Gardner, for the new Shepherd Parkway Bus Facility, as shown in materials received and dated 6 October 2011, and recommend that the spacing of the stars be adjusted to more accurately depict the constellation and that the size of the blue dots be increased to improve legibility and visibility.
