No objection to the final designs for a new (replacement) Pump House, a new Generator Building, and an associated parking area for six vehicles, as shown in materials received and dated 4 October 2011. Design conforms to previously approved master plan for the St. Elizabeths West Campus.

No objection to the concept and final design for the St. Elizabeths Adaptive Reuse Phase 1b Amendment #3-National Operation Center (NOC) interim egress stair structure, as shown in materials received and dated 4 October 2011. No objection to the concept design for building modifications for the proposed boiler replacement project, of which the exterior modifications include the installation of rooftop vent stacks, air louvers on the east wall of the courtyard facade, and a rooftop solar panel array, as shown in materials received and dated 6 October 2011.

No objection to the proposed rehabilitation of Reservation 149, the small triangle park to the north of the Dupont Circle north Metro entrance, bounded by 20th and Q Streets, and Connecticut Avenue, NW, as shown in materials received and dated 6 October 2011.

No objection to the final plans for the installation a new flag pole in front of Building 39, headquarters for the Military District of Washington offices at Fort McNair in Washington, DC, as shown in materials received and dated 6 October 2011.

No objection to the proposed installation of a 2.8 meter diameter rooftop antenna on Building 52 on the NSF Naval Observatory, as shown in materials received and dated 6 October 2011.

No objection to the concept design for a public art installation entitled 'North Star,' by artist Ann Gardner, for the new Shepherd Parkway Bus Facility, as shown in materials received and dated 6 October 2011, and recommend that the spacing of the stars be adjusted to more accurately depict the constellation and that the size of the blue dots be increased to improve legibility and visibility.

No objection to the final plans for the renovation, modernization, and alterations to the FEMS Engine Company #28 firehouse as shown in materials received and dated 20 September 2011.

No objection to the final design for a new recreation and academic facility, and tennis courts at the Benning Stoddert Recreation Center for the Washington Tennis and Education Foundation, as shown in materials received and dated 4 October 2011.

No objection to the concept and final plans for the building modernization, site improvements, and additions, including a new gymnasium and kitchen wing, as shown in materials received and dated 6 October 2011.

No objection to the concept design for the renovation of and addition to the historic Gales School building, as shown in materials received and dated 7 October 2011, provided: the sign on the south facade is either eliminated, located on the fence, or on monument-type sign in the building yard; that the maximum size of the lettering in no larger than 12 inches in height; and that signs are not internally illuminated.
