No objection to the final plans for the proposed construction of a 786 space interim surface parking lot on Parcel 2 (Dorothea Dix Building area) in the St. Elizabeths East Campus to support the Entertainment and Sports Arena and Gateway Pavilion, as shown in materials received and dated 18 July 2018, provided this interim surface parking lot is removed when additional structured parking facilities are provided as the East Campus is developed.
