From the Old Georgetown Board: No objection to concept design for restoration and repair work, including new front door surround, reinstallation of cornice detailing, restoration of windows, alteration of window and door openings at rear, relocation of electric meter from front to basement, and site regrading, per drawings received 23 October 2019, PROVIDED four-panel door is installed at front entrance, head of new window window at rear of main block of house extends up to the segmental arch (no infill above window), mullion is installed between new double windows at rear of ell, and steel and glass canopy is simplified to a shed form. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.
