Letter
Dear Mr. Hanlon:
The staff of the Commission of Fine Arts has reviewed the final construction documents for the first phase of the project for the renovation of and additions to the former Rudolph Elementary School, located at 5200–5210 2nd Street, NW, for use by the Washington Latin Public Charter School. The staff has no objections to the final construction documents for the first phase of the project provided that the designs for subsequent phases are submitted separately at a later date.
With the authority delegated by the Commission at its meeting of 18 October 2012, we approve the final plans for the Washington Latin Public Charter School, as documented in the materials received and dated 8 January 2013. If there are any additional changes please contact the staff to determine if additional review will be required. As always, the staff is available to assist you with future submissions.
Sincerely,
/s/Thomas E. Luebke, FAIA
