No objection to the final design for site modifications along S Street as first phase of a modernization project for Garrison Elementary School, as shown in materials received and dated 7 July 2016. The first phase of the project includes a new main entry stair, accessible walks, seating areas, bio-retention areas, and new plantings. It is understood that the second phase of the school modernization project will be submitted later this year.
