No objection to the final plans and color selection for alterations to the Freight Building located at 14th and D Streets, SW that includes the installation of an emergency power back-up system for the Bureau's Main and Annex Buildings, as shown in materials received and dated 20 September 2010, provided existing louvers, doors, and other metal appurtenances on the south facade of the Freight Building are painted to match the color of the new metal louvers. Final plans conform to previously approved design; see case number CFA 15/JUL/10-a. Refer to the D.C. Historic Preservation Review Board.
