Dear Mr. Cox:
The staff of the Commission of Fine Arts has reviewed the final design submission from the Armed Forces Retirement Home for the new Commons and HealthCare Center building and the relocated chiller plant. The staff has no objections to the final plans for these projects.
With the authority delegated by the Commission at its meeting of 20 May 2010, we approve the selected materials and the final design submission for these projects as documented in the drawings and materials received and dated 27 August 2010. If there are any additional changes please contact the staff to determine if additional review will be required. As always, the staff is available to assist you with future submissions for the Home.
