No objection to concept design for proposed single garage door that will replicate previous conditions during the Kennedy residency, for proposed repairs and replacement of wood railing with metal railing at roof deck. See previous Recommendations (OG 04-186). File new submission of working drawings, including dimensions and details, with detailed plans for restoration of stone wall showing extent of demolition, after exploratory study of wall stability, with permit application for review by the Commission prior to any excavation work behind the wall.
