No objection to issuance of permit for proposed removal of stucco on stone wall and for reconstruction of stone and brick wall with gate on 29th Street, and for proposed repair and re-setting of existing sandstone front steps as shown in supplemental information received and dated 20 July 2005. Previously proposed replacement of steps and replacement of existing metal fence atop retaining wall were NOT approved and have been deleted from this application as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 28 July 2005. Existing fence must be retained and repaired. Note is made that permit application is pending final Zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval.
