No objection to issuance of permit for proposed new window opening on side wall of historic building as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 20 January 2006. Installation of raised panel shutters was previously approved under case OG 05-102. Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval. The Commission regrets that masonry opening was made prior to final review and permit.
