No objection to concept design for new facades on existing structure as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 20 October 2006. Recommend further study of detailing of limestone elements, simplification of cornice details, and sign scheme composed of non-internally-illuminated letters no taller than 12-inches and located above storefronts. File new submission of working drawings, including details, dimensions, and material samples, with permit application for review by the Commission when ready. Recommend a separate permit application for sign scheme for review by the Commission when ready.
