The Commission regrets that the work was initiated prior to review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to front stoop for new brick facing to match front stoop of adjoining property at 3009 P Street, NW as shown in supplemental drawings dated 5 June 2008, PROVIDED height of existing door threshold is not reduced. Original railing will be repaired and re-installed. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
